Property Manager Job

Job Description Durrant Talent Solutions is proud to be partnering with a leading residential managing agent in the search for a Property Manager to join their Leeds team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio, delivering exceptional property management services while building strong relationships with leaseholders, residents, clients and contractors.
Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets in conjunction with internal teams. Arrange, attend and chair site inspections and client meetings as required. Instruct, monitor and review contractors to ensure works are completed to the required standard. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, including fire, asbestos, water hygiene and lift regulations.
Work closely with internal departments including finance, compliance and customer services. Ensure accurate property records are maintained and all administration is completed within agreed timescales. A good understanding of residential leasehold legislation and property management best practice.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office. A full UK driving licence (where required).
