Healthcare Assistant – Billingshurst

Pay: £17.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time | Part-time | Flexible Zero-Hour Contracts

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for compassionate and capable Healthcare Assistant who bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a calm, professional approach to complex situations. If you’ve worked in care before, particularly within the NHS or community healthcare settings, you’ll feel right at home with us.

To be successful, you’ll need:

* At least 1 year of healthcare assistant experience

* A Full UK driving licence

* Safeguarding Level 3

* A DBS registered on the Update Service

* Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training

Shifts:

* 12 hours Monday to Sunday days

* 12 hours Monday to Sunday nights

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Administering medication

* Monitoring health observations

* General healthcare support

* Managing complex needs

* Providing reassurance, dignity, and emotional support every step of the way
