Soft Services FM Coordinator / Supervisor - Irvine Schools 📍 Irvine 💷 £34,000 🕒 Monday to Friday 📄 Temp to Perm We're looking for a reliable and organised Soft Services FM professional to join a busy PFI schools contract in Irvine. This is a great opportunity for someone with facilities management or soft services experience who enjoys a varied role and working within an education environment. The role includes: Managing day-to-day soft FM services Coordinating cleaning and support teams Monitoring service standards and KPIs Liaising with school staff and subcontractors General FM admin and compliance support Helping ensure the schools run smoothly day to day What we're looking for: Previous FM or soft services experience Good communication and organisational skills Ability to manage priorities and contractors Positive, hands-on approach Experience within schools or PFI contracts is beneficial but not essential What's on offer: £34k salary Monday-Friday working pattern Stable long-term opportunity Temp-to-perm route Supportive team environmentIdeal for someone looking to grow within Facilities Management and gain experience on a large education contract.
