About the role
Complex Healthcare Assistants! We are seeking experienced Complex Healthcare Assistants in East Malling to support a gentleman with Pierre Robin Syndrome.
Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.
This includes supporting with suctioning, enteral feeding, medication administration via PEG, tracheostomy care, and moving and handling .
Full training will be provided, including training to safely administer buccal Midazolam for seizure management .
The gentleman enjoys a relaxed and engaging routine.
He likes watching daytime TV, particularly programmes such as Lorraine Kelly and Loose Women .
He also enjoys watching DVDs, videos, and listening to music.
Supporting him to attend his activities is an important and rewarding part of the role, helping him to maintain an active lifestyle.
Shifts Available: Days, Twilight, Nights typically 7

Benefits: Pay rates £14.00
- £17.00 per hour (Bank holidays up to £30) Thorough induction, and ongoing paid training Option to work towards an NVQ/Diploma.
