An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join a highly successful and growing Corporate team at a leading UK law firm.

/n

This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of high-value and complex corporate transactions for an impressive client base, including entrepreneurial start-ups, high-growth businesses, owner-managed companies, investors and established corporates.

/n

The team is involved in a wide variety of matters, including:

/n
- Mergers & Acquisitions
/n
- Venture Capital and Private Equity investments
/n
- Equity fundraisings
/n
- Joint ventures and shareholders' agreements
/n
- Corporate restructures and reorganisations
/n
- Corporate governance and strategic business advice
/n

/n

You'll work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while gaining substantial client exposure from day one. The role offers the chance to take ownership of matters, develop strong client relationships and play an active role in business development initiatives.

- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales

- 2-5 years' PQE gained within a Corporate team

- Strong technical knowledge across a range of corporate matters

- Experience assisting on M&A transactions and corporate deals

- Commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice
/n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
/n
- Ambitious with a genuine desire to progress your career
