Engineering Team Leader

Reference: BH-69568 I’m currently recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing site, leading a shift engineering team and taking ownership of maintenance, breakdown response, and performance on shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise with team management in a 24/7 production environment. The role operates on a 5 on / 5 off rotating days and nights shift pattern, offering a great balance and consistent structure.
