Housing Solutions Officer - Luton Contract Hybrid £22.98 per hour PAYE Full time Requirements Someone with Tenancy Sustainment experience. Conduct periodic check‑ins (e.g. 3 and 6 months) with clients who have already been supported to move into Private Rented Sector accommodation Reinforcing client skills learned during initial support Encouraging clients with self‑management of tenancy while remaining accessible Reducing client’s long‑term dependency on services Check-in with landlord/agents to review rent account, tenancy conduct, and wellbeing Early identification of emerging risks of homelessness Prevents recurrence of homelessness To find out more information please contact Abbie at Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices.
