Jnr BIM Manager – UK Remote - £35k Remote & Flexible working | Growth Opportunity | Autonomous Culture | Private Medical Ada Meher are currently partnered with a leading SaaS company in the BIM space, helping tier one construction companies globally use technology to increase efficiency and accuracy in asset information & delivery of large-scale projects. They are looking for a Jnr BIM Manager, with prior experience in modelling and clash detection, to join them and work on a number of enterprise level project deliveries and information management requests. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their journey in BIM technology to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry. The ideal candidate will have come from an AEC industry background and have experience working with Architectural, Structural or MEP modelling and relevant technologies such as Revit, Navisworks and COBie/Solibri. You will also have started doing some clash detection work and ideally more advanced data / information management. The business have always operated with a remote-first model, as they prefer to manage their staff with both autonomy and accountability against defined objectives, so whilst this role is open to candidates across the UK there may be some ad-hoc travel involved. To Be Considered: * Some experience working with BIM in either Architecture or MEP based projects * Experience working with industry standard modelling technologies such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks * Experience working with construction specific technology such as COBie data / CDE / Information Management * Excellent knowledge of standards such as ISO 19650 * Experience with COBie data management would be ideal but not 100% necessary The company in question is highly regarded not only in the solutions they provide their clients but the working environment they create with many fantastic perks such as a generous leave allowance, annual away days and a private healthcare scheme.
