Quantity Surveyor

North West / Remote Circa £60,000 per annum Permanent

Winsearch UK is proud to partner with a well-established specialist roofing, cladding and building envelope contractor. They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

My client is well-established and delivers roofing, waterproofing and cladding projects nationwide across new build and refurbishment schemes. They are widely recognised in the market for technical support, workmanship and long-standing client relationships. 

The role

This is a Quantity Surveyor position with a mixture of remote working and site visits. You’ll be commercially responsible for multiple projects, working closely with the Commercial Director, project teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to make sure works are delivered profitably and contractually in line with expectations.

This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved across the full commercial lifecycle, from procurement and tender strategy through to variations, valuations, reporting and final accounts.
