The firm is investing in its Financial Services capability, particularly across banking and alternative finance, including fintech and crypto. The team advises a broad mix of financial institutions and emerging market participants and is continuing to build a strong FS tax platform in the London market.The opportunity is likely to appeal to a Big 4 Financial Services Tax Director who has strong technical credibility and is beginning to consider the step to Partner. For many Directors, the challenge within larger firms is not capability but visibility, influence and the ability to shape a practice.At its current size, the team offers direct access to decision-makers and meaningful involvement in client strategy.
