To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.

With over 2,000 products, the team engages customers daily, providing expert advice and recommending products that match their needs. The consultant offers inspirational insights into products and philosophy, learns product origins and proactively engages with customers to match preferences and lifestyle.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers – customer service experience is ideal
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively
- A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
- Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
