BIM Manager

BIM Manager BIM Manager with structural alterations, demolition or cut & carve experience required for a leading specialist contractor. BIM Managers will be based out of the C.London head office. Bim Managers will be joining a specialist contractor operating in zones 1 – 3 in London projects ranging from £5m - £25m. BIM Managers will need strong preconstruction experience and understanding of construction methodology. Experience with Asta and Synchro will be a requirement of the BIM Manager. BIM Managers will be leading the company in digital research and cutting edge technologies, ensuring this specialist works contractor remain at the forefront of BIM technology. BIM Manager – Key Skills * Review tender documentation for BIM requirements * Use tools to create 2D, 3D & 4D CGI’s * Assist with bid writing process * Attend BIM Coordination meetings * Generate drawings for temporary works and construction elements, including use of Revit * Experience with Asta & Synchro is key BIM Manager – Salary & Benefits * £50,000 - £65,000 (Negotiable for right candidate) * All travel expenses paid * Private Healthcare * Pension * Negotiable package for the right candidate Construction Recruitment People are a dedicated recruitment partner for the UK Construction sector, working with the leading names in Tier 1 Construction through to local family run Building Contractors.
