• Proven experience as Head Waiter or in a senior front-of-house role within a high-quality restaurant

• Strong communicator with the ability to handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively
• A proactive team player who supports waiters during service and helps resolve issues quickly
• Confident guiding the team through service, ensuring all steps and standards are followed
• Takes responsibility for training new team members and sharing updates on service standards
• Deep knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, and able to communicate details with confidence and clarity
• Passionate about ongoing learning and development, both personally and within the team
• Highly organised and attentive to detail, maintaining a clean and well-run dining area
• Works closely with kitchen, bar, and door teams to ensure seamless coordination during service
• Supports Assistant Restaurant Managers with opening and closing duties
