This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled support worker who is confident providing person-centred care to individuals with complex clinical needs. Essential Experience * PEG care and management * Tracheostomy care * Cough Assist * Supporting individuals with complex care needs * Following individualised care plans and clinical guidance * Recognising and escalating changes in an individual's condition Key Responsibilities * Provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care * Support with complex clinical and personal care needs * Carry out PEG, tracheostomy and cough assist procedures safely and confidently * Monitor wellbeing and report any changes or concerns * Follow care plans, risk assessments and support guidelines * Promote dignity, independence and choice * Maintain accurate daily records and documentation * Work effectively with families, healthcare professionals and the wider care team * Maintain a safe, respectful and supportive environment About You * Experienced in complex care * Confident with PEG, Tracheostomy and Cough Assist * Caring, reliable and professional * Calm and confident when working with complex clinical needs * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care Pay £12.80 – £14.35 per hour Location Grimsby Shift Pattern Weekend Shifts Join Health Now Complex Care If you have the required PEG, Tracheostomy and Cough Assist experience and are looking for rewarding weekend work, we'd love to hear from you
