Groundwork Supervisor

Danny Sullivan Group is looking for Groundwork Supervisors with proven earthworks experience to join our team on a project in SE16. The successful candidates will play a key role in supervising groundwork and earthworks operations, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme. Rate: £19.50 per hour (PAYE) Start Date: Monday 3rd August Duration: 2 weeks As a Groundwork Supervisor, you will be required to: * Supervise and coordinate groundwork and earthworks activities on site * Lead and manage groundwork operatives, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently * Work closely with site management and other contractors to maintain project progress * Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and Health & Safety regulations * Monitor site activities and maintain high standards of quality and productivity * Support the smooth day-to-day running of site operations Minimum Requirements: * Proven earthworks experience (essential) * Valid CSCS Card * PASMA qualification (essential) * Previous experience supervising groundwork teams * Strong communication and leadership skills * Full and up-to-date CV required * Available for the full 2-week duration Working Hours: 07:00 – 17:30 Danny Sullivan Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
