Why join us? * 4-on, 4-off shift pattern * Work with advanced automated equipment in a high-performance environment * Be part of a collaborative engineering team supporting critical operations * Opportunities for development and further career progression * Work within a customer-focused engineering support team * Ongoing training and development opportunities What you will be doing * Providing electrical and mechanical maintenance across automated systems * Responding to equipment faults and carrying out effective troubleshooting * Resetting equipment errors caused by product, system or operator issues * Supporting Logistex equipment and systems in line with customer requirements * Following Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments and safe systems of work * Participating in engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives * Following escalation procedures and supporting operational performance * Using CMMS systems and maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports What do we need from you? * Engineering qualification such as NVQ, BTEC, City & Guilds, HNC or ONC * Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience * Understanding of automation and control systems * Excellent communication and customer-facing skills * Experience operating within continuous improvement environments * Ability to diagnose faults and solve problems effectively * Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance reporting * Understanding of robotic technologies would be advantageous Do not delay!
