temporary position for 6-12 months Your main responsibility will be to develop, mentor and manage a small internal based customer service team Deal with the key account customer base when issues arise Support backorders, demand and stock levels Liaise with internal customer service, marketing, supply team and transport teams Manage vendor performance The ideal applicant will be an Customer Service & Sales Manager
