Business Analyst Full Time Permanent

Linnk Group are currently supporting a large enterprise customer with a Curam service, we are looking for enthusiastic Business Analysts to join the team and help with the customer delivery of the service for a remote 12-Month contract engagement. Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements. Facilitate workshops with business users, SMEs and technical teams. Produce user stories, business process maps, use cases and functional specifications. Translate business requirements into Cúram functional designs. Analyse current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") business processes. Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning and UAT activities. Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. IBM Cúram Experience Proven experience working with IBM Cúram Social Program Management Strong understanding of Cúram modules and business capabilities Experience supporting implementation, migration or enhancement projects Business Analysis Functional analysis Gap analysis UAT support Agile Scrum IBM Certified Cúram Professional IBM Certified Cúram Business Analyst IBM Certified SPM Consultant Experience working on government digital transformation programmes Candidates currently holding security clearance Candidates without IBM Cúram certification may still be considered where they possess one or more of the following: Significant IBM Cúram v7/v8 project experience Strong ERP Business Analyst background Experience on large public sector transformation programmes
