Neighbourhood Manager

Neighbourhood Manager Based in Thamesmead Temp on going £27.76 per hour Umbrella Basic DBS required for role. Working arrangements- 2 days in the office- Tuesday and Thursdays (could change) for admin and team work, other days for visits. No driving licence required but would be helpful. Expenses are paid. Ideally looking for someone with experience doing same role for a Housing Association. Ideally want someone who lives locally. H&S gadget provided for visits. You will be accountable for holistic service delivery and ensuring we deliver our promises to customers in your area. You will be mobile working within your communities being contactable directly by your customers through a number of means including digital platforms and on the phone. You will be the lead for the local team to achieve our objectives and hold others to account for the service they provide to your customers
