The Role * Full-time teaching positions across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 * Permanent and long-term opportunities available * Inner and Outer London pay scales * September start dates (or sooner where available) * Opportunities across Newham, Tower Hamlets, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Hackney and surrounding areas Essential Requirements (Must Haves) * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) * Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (placements considered for ECTs) * Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and/or EYFS Framework * Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons * Effective behaviour management and classroom organisation skills * Understanding of assessment, tracking and pupil progress * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Commitment to safeguarding, child protection and promoting pupil welfare * Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and carers * Right to work in the UK Desirable * Experience working in diverse, multicultural school communities * Phonics knowledge (Read Write Inc., Little Wandle or similar) * Experience supporting SEND learners * Subject leadership experience * Experience raising attainment and accelerating progress What Schools Offer * Supportive leadership teams and welcoming staff * High-quality CPD and career progression opportunities * ECT induction and mentoring programmes * Diverse and vibrant school communities * Well-resourced learning environments * Opportunities to develop leadership responsibilities ECTs are encouraged to apply.
