C&C Search is currently recruiting for this new opportunity.Please get in contact at  if this role is applicable, if not please do not forget about our fantastic referral scheme!Are you an experienced in-house recruiter who enjoys owning the recruitment process end-to-end, including the details that keep everything running smoothly?We're working with an exciting, fast-paced international business looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team on a fixed-term contract, supporting hiring across a range of corporate functions while a permanent appointment is made.This is a true hands-on role where you'll manage recruitment from briefing through to offer, while also taking ownership of interview scheduling, candidate communications, ATS management, contractor onboarding and recruitment administration. You'll work closely with hiring managers, provide an excellent candidate experience and help ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant and well organised.You'll be someone who:

• Has previous in-house/Talent Acquisition experience
• Enjoys a role that combines stakeholder management with a strong operational and administrative focus
• Is highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple vacancies and interview schedules
• Knows UK employment legislation, GDPR and contractor compliance (IR35)
