Corporate Associate 2 - 4 PQE | Surrey / Hybrid | c. £70,000 per annum

The Opportunity:

You will be joining a law firm renowned for delivering high-end corporate transactional work. This dynamic team regularly acts opposite Magic Circle and Silver Circle firms, offering a sophisticated caseload for high-profile clients in a thriving regional setting.

The Role:

The firm are seeking a high-calibre Corporate Associate to join an energetic, market-leading team. You will play a key role in:

• M&A Transactions: Managing domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals.
• Private Equity: Advising on investments, buyouts, and portfolio company matters.
• Strategic Advisory: Providing corporate governance and commercial support to blue-chip clients.

About You:

• Approximately 2–4 years PQE with a strong background in corporate law.
• Impressive academic record and training from a respected firm.
• High energy, commercial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
