Electrical Installations Project Manager - Critical Energy sector Starting salary: Up to £50K depending on experience Location: Havant - Office based with occasional site visits required, on a case by case basis Sites: Healthcare, Law enforcement, Utilities & Occasional Data Centres Position: Full Time, Permanent Required: Background of project management in either the electrical industry, or generator/ critical energy sector    Are you interested in joining a well respected and modern critical power engineering client with 70+ staff? (And growing!)    You'll have plenty to get stuck into, with projects ranging from larger scale installations running for up to 6 months, through to smaller remedial works, making this a great fit for someone who enjoys a varied workload.    Plus, you'll have access to training and development support, including funding for relevant education and professional subscriptions!    The Electrical Project Manager role: As the new Electrical Project Manager, you'll be working alongside 2 other PMs, as well as Project Co-ordinators, you'll take ownership of a varied range of specialist electrical engineering and installation projects, from the initial planning stages through to completion. Manage several projects at different stages at the same time, keeping on top of deadlines, costs, resources and customer requirements. With the assistance of a Project Coordinator, you’ll plan and coordinate engineers, materials, suppliers and other resources to make sure projects are properly prepared and run smoothly. Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the project, keeping them updated and dealing with any queries or issues along the way. Work closely with the engineering team on site to make sure installations are progressing as planned and any problems are dealt with quickly. Keep projects commercially on track, monitoring budgets, costs and any changes that could affect the original scope.
