Project Manager - High-Rise Retrofit | Bristol Permanent | Full Time | Bristol | Think Recruitment £65,000-£70,000 + £4,000 Motor Expenditure Allowance (MEA) + Bonus Think Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading construction and property services contractor for two experienced Project Managers to join a major high-rise retrofit and cladding replacement programme in central Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the refurbishment of residential tower blocks, delivering complex façade remediation and capital works within the social housing sector. The Role You will take ownership of two high-rise projects, managing site teams, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Projects include: Cladding and façade replacement Fire remediation and fire protection works Roofing and lightning protection upgrades MEP removal and reinstatement Concrete repairs, structural works and groundworks External landscaping and public realm improvements What We're Looking For Essential: Proven Project Manager experience on large-scale construction projects High-rise refurbishment or retrofit experience Knowledge of façade systems, roofing and fire remediation SMSTS, CSCS, Scaffold Inspection and Temporary Works Coordinator First Aid at Work Full UK Driving LicenceDesirable: PAS 2035 retrofit experience Social housing background Experience working in occupied/live environments What's on Offer Competitive salary (DOE) £4,000 car allowance or company car Discretionary bonus 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off Company pension Private healthcare and dental benefits Gym discounts and Cycle to Work schemeIf you're an experienced Project Manager looking to deliver one of Bristol's flagship high-rise retrofit programmes, we'd love to hear from you.
