They are now looking for an Internal Account Manager to manage customer relationships, grow sales, and support regional success. The day to day of this role includes managing up to 150 customer accounts, developing existing business, onboarding new customers, reactivating lapsed accounts, and identifying upselling opportunities. You will also create quotations, promote digital tools and marketing campaigns, and collaborate with Key Account Managers and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales or customer-facing experience, commercial awareness, and the drive to achieve targets in a relationship-focused role.
