Key Responsibilities

• Advise private equity-backed clients on a broad range of day-to-day corporate matters.
• Draft and maintain corporate governance and company documentation.
• Support executive incentive arrangements and a range of corporate transactions.

• Deliver practical, commercially focused advice in a fast-paced international environment.

This opportunity would suit a qualified Corporate Junior Associate, ideally gained within a leading City or international law firm. Exposure to advising private equity-backed clients would be advantageous but is not essential. The successful candidate will be technically strong, commercially minded and enjoy building trusted, long-term client relationships. They will be confident acting as a key adviser on day-to-day legal and corporate matters, while taking ownership of their work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
