Day Concierge

Day Concierge 7am to 7pm 4 on 4 off rota London E16 £29,000 This is a fixed term contract circa 6 months but might be extended – immediate start! The nearest stations are Gallions Reach or Beckton DLR stations. This is a busy active Concierge role working at a large multiple block residential development who are in need of someone dynamic and versatile to take on not only the usual front of house concierge role including key and parcel management, security checks and access control, general administration and fire prevention checking and recording, but also take part in the refuse and recycling rounds. Candidates need only apply if they have a full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year to be able to be trained on using a refuse container tug vehicle to move large heavy bins for the regular council collections 3 times per week as it is a large residential estate. The Concierge will be an integral part to the team to aid the smooth running of the various different day to day operations of the development not to mention customer service with the residents and great communication and good administrative skills to communicate fluidly with the team. Must be a great team player and have an impeccable personal presentation
