We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Controller with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company.

The role The Administrator and Call Centre Controller (nights) role is based in our Marylebone office and operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, working from 6pm to 6am, with an average of 45 hours per week.

Main Responsibilities Duties will include: Supporting the business by ensuring customer and client communication is managed to the highest level Answering incoming calls and responding quickly and efficiently to emails General administration tasks Collate data and information and keep accurate records Updating internal software and systems Ensure site standards are maintained in accordance with the current onsite cleaning programme.
