Operations Manager – Construction Recruitment Location: Ipswich / Hybrid / flexible for the right person Salary: £50-65k pa plus bonus We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to support and strengthen a growing construction recruitment division within an established recruitment business. This is a key role for someone who understands how recruitment businesses run properly behind the scenes and can help create the structure, process and support needed for growth. You will work closely with leadership and the wider team to improve operational performance, support delivery, maintain standards and help build a scalable recruitment function.
