The Role

Advise on major energy and infrastructure projects across the UK and international markets
Work on M&A, project development, financing and strategic transactions
Support clients across the full energy value chain, including up/mid/downstream, LNG and refining
Draft and negotiate complex project and commercial documentation
Play an active role in client relationships and business development
Work closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions

Candidate Requirements

Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE
Strong transactional and drafting experience in projects or energy
Oil & gas experience preferred; energy transition exposure advantageous
Commercially astute with strong risk assessment skills
Confident engaging with clients and working on cross-border matters
