Eyewear Concierge & Customer Care Champion

Boots Opticians in Newport is seeking a Retail Assistant to be the friendly first and last point of contact for customers on the shop floor, listening to needs and guiding them to the right eyewear and services.

You will participate in pre-screening activities for eye-tests, assist with dispensing glasses and contact lenses, and help with aftercare and administrative tasks, while maintaining high store standards and customer care.
