The Role Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Leading service during busy periods
Preparing and managing high-volume fresh food production
Maintaining consistency, hygiene, and kitchen standards
Assisting with ordering, prep systems, and stock control
Helping train and motivate junior chefs and kitchen staff
Working with grilled meats, fresh salads, sauces, breads, and fast-paced service
What Were Looking For Previous experience as Sous Chef, Senior CDP, or Kitchen Lead
Strong grill/meat experience preferred
Experience in high-volume restaurants or street-food concepts
Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
Passion for fresh food and fast service
Reliable, organised, and hungry to grow with a new brand
