Our client, a dynamic player in the Manufacturing & Production industry, is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join their team for a temporary assignment. What You'll Do:
As an HR Advisor, you'll jump straight into action, providing essential support to the HR team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Handling employee relations (ER) cases with confidence and expertise
Managing disciplinaries and grievances effectively
Attending and supporting HR meetings, offering strategic advice
Drafting outcome letters and ensuring clear communication
Who You Are:
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running! The ideal candidate will have:
Strong knowledge of employment law
Proven experience in an HR advisory role
The ability to work independently without extensive guidance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
