Salary £40,482 Will ideally have the following experience:

Systems expertise in IRIS/CASCADE

HR operational background

moved into HR systems and reporting as a specialism

CIPD Level 5

Able to use Provide data sets in Power BI Dashboard/ can provide good insights and develop papers to Exec team

Can deliver user guides train new colleagues / managers

Can work with pace and high demands
