Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum. Create a positive and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive. Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs. Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and pupil wellbeing. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support learning outcomes. Contribute positively to the wider life of the school. The Successful Candidate Will Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching within Key Stage 1. Strong classroom management and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A commitment to raising standards and improving pupil outcomes. A passion for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
