Bond Williams are seeking an experienced HR professional to join a leading SME business in Poole. This is a hands-on, fast-paced, 360° HR role, covering everything from day-to-day administration and complex employee relations cases to strategic HR, management development, and process improvement. This opportunity would suit a Senior HR Advisor looking for their next challenge or an HR Manager who enjoys being operationally involved and wants to take ownership of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver the HR strategy and manage the full employee lifecycle. Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and restructures. Review and improve HR systems, policies, and processes. Lead training needs analysis and management development. Provide practical advice and challenge to senior stakeholders.

About You:

CIPD qualified with broad 360° HR experience. Confident managing complex ER cases independently. Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved at every level.
