My client is regional contractor due to an increase in developments in the Northwest they are looking to increase their management team with a Site Manager.

The Site Manager they are looking for will have proven experience working on New projects; delivering said projects from inception through to completion and hand over.

Their project values ranging from £5m to £15m.

As an experienced Site Manager you will be aware of planning procedures and following tight site time schedules.

You will be responsible for organising labour and ensuring all sub-contractors are following plans as to the programme and meeting deadlines as required.

They have several education projects and steel frame commercial buildings.

So you will ideally have proven experience delivering some new builds schools, universities or collage extensions of a value around £7 million.

The successful Site Manager will have proven experience delivered steel frame projects.

You will have the highest quality standards and experience in New Build projects.
