£80,000 – £100,000 base

Digital transformation is being rewritten. AI isn't a bolt-on anymore — it's the foundation. We're looking for a Digital Service Delivery Principal who gets that, and who has the battle scars to prove they can lead complex, high-stakes client delivery from service design all the way through to live.

This is a permanent role for someone who combines deep consulting instincts with real delivery credibility. You'll be shaping next-generation digital programmes where AI is embedded from day one — not retrofitted at the end.

What you'll bring:

✅ Proven hands-on experience in service design — discovery, research, prototyping, and user-centred design are things you've actually done, not just overseen

✅ End-to-end delivery ownership across complex, multi-stakeholder client programmes — not just advisory, actual accountability

✅ Deep experience with AI-augmented service design and digital delivery — you know how to build AI in from the start, not sprinkle it on top

✅ A consultative mindset — Big 4, boutique, or strong client-side consulting approach; you shape thinking and bring clients with you

✅ SC cleared or SC clearable (essential)

✅ Based in London or the Northwest
