Handle operational escalations, helping resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Support the planning and coordination of engineer training and development.

Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Engineering Team Leader, Service Supervisor, Deputy Service Manager or similar role.
Experience supporting or managing field-based teams, ideally within an engineering, technical services or maintenance environment.
Strong organisational and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and supportive management approach.
Experience monitoring team performance, coordinating workloads and resolving operational issues.
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to maintain service standards.
