About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy across the UK & Ireland to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.
  • Farm out, identify and land new relationships with key automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and strategic partners.
  • Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen brand presence.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales Leadership role within the Automotive Engineering Services Industry.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience growing and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland.
