What you'll be doing

• Building partnerships with employers
• Understanding workforce needs
• Generating vacancies and job opportunities
• Supporting participants through recruitment processes
• Maintaining strong employer relationships
• Delivering employment outcomes

A day in the life

One morning you might be meeting a local employer to discuss upcoming recruitment plans.
