Founding Operator / Chief of Staff

Catapult is hiring a Founding Operator / Chief of Staff to work directly with its co-founders on strategic initiatives, operations, and growth. It is a versatile role with exposure to every part of building an AI startup.

You will help the founders focus their time and energy, then independently take high-impact projects from first idea through implementation.

What you will do

• Own critical projects from conception through implementation.
• Connect the dots across go-to-market, product, operations, finance, and hiring.
• Apply versatility, initiative, and good judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn rapidly about AI technology and startup building.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, or investment banking.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• The initiative to spot what needs doing and take full ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with founders or senior leaders in a high-growth environment.
• Experience across go-to-market, product, operations, finance, or hiring.
• A strong interest in AI technology and startup building.
