People & HR Strategy Lead (Hybrid)

Acro Aircraft Seating Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive the HR agenda across the business. You will lead recruitment, talent management, performance management, reward, wellbeing and policy development with a focus on continuous improvement and compliant operations.

The role includes developing learning and development plans, managing employee relations, and delivering HR metrics. Hybrid working combines one day a week from home with the rest on site.
