Title: Trainee Office Assistant
Location: Speke (L24)
Salary: £8.00 per hour- £12.71 per hour
Shifts: Monday- Friday
Contract Type: Permanent
Our client is an international freight forwarding and logistics company. They organise global shipments and supply chain solutions.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Trainee Office Assistant to join our client’s team and support the smooth running of their day‑to‑day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build strong administrative and organisational skills.
As a Trainee Office Assistant your duties will be: -
Filing, data entry, document preparation.
Greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing inboxes.
Booking meetings, maintaining calendars.
Ordering supplies, maintaining office spaces.
Assisting colleagues and management with general tasks as required.
The successful Trainee Office Assistant will have the following skills: -
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
