Project Manager

We are looking for a high-calibre Project Manager to lead the delivery of a circa £4m fast-track commercial fit-out across two newly built floors, recently added to an existing seven-storey building. There is also potential to oversee a second project of similar value.This is a design-led, technically demanding project with significant M&E/building services coordination and high-end finishes, all to be delivered within a challenging programme through to mid-April.Start Date: 12 OctoberProject Value: Circa £4m | Completion: Mid-AprilEssential: SMSTS | CSCS | First AidThe successful candidate will take overall responsibility for:Driving the design and procurement process in line with the construction programmeManaging and coordinating M&E/building services, architectural packages and high-end finishesDriving subcontractor performance and maintaining programmeManaging quality, progress, commissioning and handoverIdentifying and resolving design and coordination issues quicklyManaging the client relationship and working effectively with client-side consultants and the wider design teamLeading project, design and subcontractor meetings and ensuring actions are closed outWe need a strong, proactive and delivery-focused PM who can take ownership, make decisions and drive both the design team and supply chain.Candidates should have a proven track record delivering £4m+ fast-track commercial fit-out projects, with strong experience in high-end finishes, complex M&E/services coordination and working within existing buildings.
