We're looking for an ambitious Senior Commercial Manager to drive growth within our Foodservice channel, identifying new opportunities, winning new business and building long-term customer partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new routes to market, customers and growth opportunities
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across the Foodservice sector
• Generate and convert a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
• Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans to drive sales and margin growth
• Manage customer performance, forecasting and commercial KPIs
• Work closely with Marketing, NPD, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver winning customer solutions
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer performance to identify opportunities and risks
• Lead promotional planning and evaluate effectiveness to maximise return on investment

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Key Account Management
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and winning new business
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset xwzovoh with strong forecasting and planning capability
• Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach with a passion for growth
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel

Desirable:

• Foodservice sector experience
• Experience delivering category growth and promotional strategies
• Degree qualification
