This is the perfect opportunity to build confidence in the classroom, develop your teaching skills, and establish strong relationships with local secondary schools before September. Successful candidates will deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and support pupils in achieving their full potential while covering lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across secondary subjects Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies Support student progress and engagement in learning Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents Adapt quickly to different school environments Prepare and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum when required Requirements Currently completing a PGCE course Passion for secondary education and student development Strong classroom management skills Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) Right to work in the UK Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
