Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across secondary subjects Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies Support student progress and engagement in learning Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents Adapt quickly to different school environments Prepare and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum when required Requirements Currently completing a PGCE course Passion for secondary education and student development Strong classroom management skills Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) Right to work in the UK Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
