CNC Supervisor Totton | Permanent | Full-Time | Up to £56,000 DOE A well-established precision engineering company based in Totton is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Supervisor to lead its machining team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on CNC professional who enjoys leading by example, driving quality, and supporting continuous improvement within a modern subcontract machining environment. CNC Supervisor - The Role Supervising and supporting the CNC machining team Planning and prioritising daily production Programming, setting and operating CNC machines when required Ensuring production targets, quality standards and delivery deadlines are achieved Conducting first-off inspections and supporting quality procedures Providing technical support and mentoring machinists Working closely with management to improve productivity and efficiency Promoting a safe, organised and professional workshopCNC Supervisor - What We're Looking For Proven experience in a CNC machining supervisory or team leader role Strong CNC programming, setting and operating background Experience within a subcontract precision engineering environment Excellent knowledge of engineering drawings and tolerances Competent using a wide range of inspection equipment Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to motivate and develop a team A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvementCNC Supervisor - Salary & Benefits Up to £56,000 depending on experience Overtime available Company pension Annual leave plus bank holidays Ongoing training and development Stable, long-term permanent position Modern workshop with quality machinery Supportive management team Opportunities for progressionTJENG
