The Role The successful candidate will: * Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 * Inspire students to develop confidence and enjoyment in Mathematics * Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes * Monitor and assess progress effectively * Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice * Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement * Maintain high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and achievement The Ideal Candidate The school is looking for someone who: * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) * Has a passion for Mathematics and education * Can motivate and inspire students of all abilities * Demonstrates strong classroom practice and behaviour management * Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Is committed to continuous professional development * Shares a belief that every young person can succeed Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
