They're growing, they're ambitious, and they need an experienced Mechanical Estimator to take ownership of HVAC cost planning across some genuinely impressive projects. xwzovoh

What you'll be doing:

• Building detailed cost estimates for mechanical scopes, managing risk and applying contingencies where needed
• Running the full tender cycle from initial enquiry through to submission
• Sourcing and benchmarking subcontractor quotes, keeping pricing sharp and scope watertight

What you'll need:

• Estimating experience across HVAC — heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or any combination of the three
• Solid working knowledge of mechanical specifications

The package is strong and structured to reflect the seniority of the role, with a car allowance on top. It's a hybrid position with minimal travel required.
